Course led by
Yogāchārya Vinay Siddaiah
This 50-hour props program is led by Yogāchārya Vinay Siddaiah, whose approach to props comes out of the Iyengar tradition — the school of yoga most closely associated with precise, prop-supported alignment. With an M.Sc in Yoga from S-VYASA, an M.Tech from IIT-Hyderabad, YCB/AYUSH certification as a Yoga Master and Therapist, and recognition as a Yoga Chikitsa Acharya by the Indian Yoga Association, Vinay blends classical technique with a strong grounding in biomechanics — exactly what prop work demands.
Open to yoga teachers who've completed at least a 200-hour TTC, this course is built for teachers who already know the poses and now want to teach them with more precision.

Learn Yoga with Props
Yoga with Ropes — Learn Yoga Kurunta — asana practice with ropes — to build strength, alignment, and confidence in poses that feel out of reach on the mat alone.
Yoga with Chair — Learn yoga with a chair to make classic poses accessible for stiffer bodies, injuries, or students newer to the practice.
Yoga with Belts/Straps — Use belts and straps — including the sirsasana belt — to build safe alignment in binds and inversions before attempting them unsupported.
Yoga with Bolster — Bolster-supported poses for deeper restorative work, and for students who need extra support in backbends and seated postures.
Yoga with Blankets — Simple but essential — blankets for cushioning, alignment cues, and modifying intensity in almost any pose.
Yoga with Bricks — Bricks to bring the floor closer, correct alignment, and make challenging poses achievable at every level.
