Overview
-
Yoga Upanishads are the core of Yoga Darshana. The sutras as well as other popular texts have their roots firmly fixated in these yoga Upanishads. The interwoven nature of these Upanishads makes them remarkably relevant.
-
Dhyanabindu Upanishad is one amongst these Yoga Upanishads and serves as a prime example for the intertwined nature of the topics.
-
This series of Dhyanabindu Upanishad continues its insightful journey in the world of contemplation of Self whilst covering various topics such as ten types of Prana, awakening of Kundalini, the three types of bandhas, khechari and mahamudra, nadanusandhanam, ajapa hamsa vidya and many more.
-
Although these topics appear distinctive from one another, it must be noted that they all are nothing but different ways of contemplation of Self.
