These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Yogavijnana (“we”, “our”, “us”) through our yoga center/studio, website www.yogavijnana.in, and Yogavijnana Education App.
By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services We Provide

We offer:

• Regular yoga classes (offline and Online)

• Workshops, Teacher Training Courses (TTC), and therapy sessions

• Online learning programs

• Self-paced e-learning courses

• Sale of yoga-related products (props, books, music, course materials)

• Community events and programs through Yogavijnana Foundation

 

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for classes or purchase products.

• Minors may participate in classes only with parental or guardian consent.

 

4. Registration & Accounts

• To access certain services, you must create an account on our website or app.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

 

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Yoga involves physical movement. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health or have consulted a qualified medical professional before starting.

• If you have any injuries, health conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform the instructor before participating.

• We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, workshops, or events, whether in-person or online.

 

6. Payments & Pricing

• All prices within India are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

• All prices outside India are listed in US Dollor ($) unless stated otherwise.

• Payments for classes, workshops, products, or courses must be made in full before participation or shipment.

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the type of service:

  • Regular Classes (offline and online): No refunds once the membership term begins.

  • Workshops & Courses: Refunds will not be made. However, if you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop or course, your registration can be moved to the next batch of the same workshop at no additional fee, one time only. If you cancel or fail to attend again after rescheduling, no further transfer or refund will be offered.

  • Products: Refunds/replacements only for defective or damaged items, reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

 

8. Online Learning & Digital Content

• Access to online courses, recorded classes, or downloadable materials is for personal use only.

• You may not share, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, videos, course materials, and website/app design, is owned by Yogavijnana or licensed to us.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

 

10. Code of Conduct

When attending classes (in-person or online), you agree to:

• Respect instructors and fellow students.

• Follow the teacher’s guidance for safe practice.

• Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who breach this code.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in our services or use of our website/app.

 

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
