This program may not be suitable at this stage if you:

✘ Have sustained a recent significant injury or trauma to your spine.

✘ Have severe or rapidly worsening back or neck pain without a clear cause.

✘ Experience progressive weakness, numbness, or loss of sensation in your arms or legs.

✘ Have pain radiating below the knee into the foot together with significant numbness or weakness.

✘ Experience loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin or saddle region, or other symptoms requiring urgent medical attention.

✘ Have been advised by your doctor to avoid movement because of an unstable fracture, spinal infection, tumour, or another serious spinal condition.

✘ Are recovering immediately after spinal surgery unless you have been medically cleared by your treating doctor or physiotherapist.If any of the above apply to you, we recommend seeking appropriate medical evaluation before enrolling in this program. Yogāchārya Vinay Siddaiah
This specialized program is meticulously designed and led by Yogāchārya Vinay Siddaiah, who brings over 15 years of rich experience in practicing and teaching yoga deeply rooted in the philosophy of Iyengar Yoga. Having trained under several esteemed Iyengar yoga instructors, he integrates this extensive learning into the course.
Drawing upon years of experience as a Yoga therapist, educator, and movement practitioner, the program integrates classical Yogic wisdom with contemporary understanding of biomechanics, neuroscience, pain science, and human movement.
Rather than offering quick fixes, the program provides participants with the knowledge, awareness, and practical tools needed to build a healthier relationship with their own body. Healing is not always about fixing what is broken. Often, it is about helping the body rediscover what it has forgotten.
Yogāchārya Vinay Siddaiah, is a distinguished yoga teacher, master, and therapist certified by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of AYUSH, and a recognized Yoga Chikitsa Acharya by the Indian Yoga Association. His academic achievements include M.Sc from SVYASA and current study, M.Tech from IIT-Hyderabad, further enrich his profound understanding and approach to yoga, making this program a transformative experience for yoga teachers, aiming to deepen their practice and teaching skills with yoga props tailored to all levels.
