Kids Yoga Classes are designed specifically for children aged 7 to 13 years. At Yogavijnana, we believe in nurturing each child’s unique path in yoga without the pressure of competition. We believe that yoga is not a sport to be won, but a journey to be enjoyed. Our classes are free from yoga asana competitions, focusing instead on personal growth, joy, and the holistic benefits of yoga.

Our program is designed to nurture the whole child, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Through asana, breathing exercises, and meditation, children develop flexibility, strength, and balance alongside mental clarity and emotional stability.
